We will deliver within 30 days or refund your order if you wish.
We accept no exchanges or returns.
We sell art porcelain, the purpose of art is display and enjoyment.
Our products are not to be used for any purpose other than the display and enjoyment of art unless otherwise stated. We are not liable for any use other than the stated intended use.
In no event shall Treacy Porcelain’s total liability to you for all damages losses and causes of action exceed €50.00.
Treacy Porcelain has the right to change in any way or discontinue our products and services to you without prior notice. You agree that we can end or suspend your access to our service at any time for any reason with no notice, liability or any obligation to you.
Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving any reason and this cancellation period expires 14 days from receipt of goods.
To use your right to cancel, you must tell us of your decision to cancel this contract by e-mail. You may use the attached cancellation form but it is not obligatory.
You must meet the cancellation deadline before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel our contract we will return payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (standard delivery only) not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We do this only on condition and after we receive the goods you ordered returned in undamaged condition.
